This is a competition to create a piece of graphic design containing or describing a scam in any way is the basic idea. It seems quite open and the brief is interesting, I would suggest having a go if you have some time. The format is A2 with a 3mm bleed at 150dpi. Looks interesting. I'm guessing a manual would be too easy and boring.
